The American chart-topper and his entourage were denied entry into the QT Hotel’s ritzy rooftop bar on Murray Street due to his sprawling tattoo collection.

Malone reportedly breached the venue’s strict dress code, which prohibits ‘face, neck, and offensive tattoos’.

Expressing his disbelief, Malone told The West Australian: ‘They turned me away for my tattoos… I’ve never really experienced anything like that.’

Malone has ‘Always Tired’ inked under his eyes, barbed wire across his hairline, two ace of spade cards on the corner of his forehead and a thin sword on his cheek.

In a statement to Daily Mail Australia, QT Hotels & Resorts ‘sincerely apologised’ to Malone for the refusal.

‘At QT, we aim to welcome everyone and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual. QT has been recognised for this for many years,’ the statement read.

‘We sincerely apologise to the individuals affected.’

After being rejected from the QT Hotel bar, Malone travelled to the nearby 18 Knots rooftop bar where he was granted special entry on the discretion of security.
